Anonymous Reporting Web Page
This page is used for anonymous reporting from the public. There is no log-in and anyone with a computer and internet can access it. On this page which is linked from the town or school website, Parents, Teachers, Students and the General Public can submit a complaint or concern to the system.

System Porthole
This is a view of the main log-in page that all internal users see when they login to the system. This page is not accessible by the general public or anonymous users without proper access.

Superintendent Manager Dashboard
This screen is the main dashboard for the Superintendent’s office. From this screen, the Superintendent sets up the Principles or Administrators who will be in command of their particular school building within the school system. The Superintendent’s office has complete control over the system and controls access.

Administrator’s Dashboard
This screen is the main dashboard for the administrator of a particular school building. From here the administrator will receive the initial report from the anonymous reporting web page (see Behavior Report Management Screen). The report then builds upon itself as observers submit their data and findings. This is also where the administrator will manage their staff and create them as observers.

Observer Dashboard
This screen is the main dashboard for the observers (Teachers, Counselors, Coaches, Police Liason Officers, etc…). From this screen, the observers will have a list of observation requests sent from the school administrator (See Manage Behavior Reports screen).

Behavior Report
This is a screen shot of how the administrator actually sees the raw data that came from an anonymous report. From here, the administrator can activate the report, mask or unmask the original data, give the report a duration for observation and/or make comments that he would like the observers to know.

Manage Behavior Reports
This is a screen shot of the request for observation of a student. The observer uses this tool to type in a short 250 character maximum observation report and submits it to the system.
