Earshot Technologies is a start up firm based in South Hadley, Massachusetts. The
company is focused on providing Behavior Management software for use in Elementary
and High School systems. Recently there was a devastating event that took place
in South Hadley that was a result of intense bullying and inappropriate behavior.
The purpose of the application that Earshot created is to:
- Provide schools, parents and students with a platform for anonymous reporting of
inappropriate behavior.
- Supply instant notification to the entire school staff
- Provide a system for observation and follow-up linked to original reports and claims.
